Ron McFarland

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Ron McFarland is a faculty member at the University of Idaho in Moscow.  He is the Director of the Creative Writing Program at the University.  A published poet, Ron is well-known in university circles.  In Confessions of a Night Librarian and Other Embarrassments, he writes about growing up in Cocoa, a small Florida town trapped between the indolence of the early 20th century and the rapidly approaching 21st Century of space flight and NASA.  A "coming of age quasi-memoir," Confessions provides every reader a window into the emotional turmoil and angst that all young men share when they're stuck in the twilight world of "almost adults!"
